Singapore Fast Track and its various Changi Airport Meet and Assist teams have been providing Executive, Premium and Elite VIP airport meet & assist for more than 14 years. During that time we have given Changi Airport Meet and Greet and Singapore Airport Assistance to more than three thousand air travelers. As a result of this help these passengers have passed through this large, busy, new and maybe strange airport smoothly, easily and quickly.

Singapore Elite VIP

This service is the highest level available at Changi and includes a buggy or car transfer to a private VIP facility which is away form the main terminal and areas. It is available for Arrival and Departure,

For arrival we will greet you at the air-bridge, escort and assist you to the private elite VIP terminal using a private vehicle and/or more usually a buggy; process your immigration, quarantine, and customs while you wait in the Elite VIP lounge area; locate, retrieve and bring your bags to you for customs clearance. Then we call your driver to the door (which is in a private and secure compound) load your bags and bid you farewell

Singapore Executive Arrival

In the main terminals, on arrival English speaking Meet & Assist greeters will meet you near the air bridge. They will give you full Airport Assistance and will assist you through any passport or visa control. For the Premium service an electric buggy is provided and used. The agents will escort you to the baggage and customs area. And of course these Meet and Greet staff will also help find your driver. Or if you booked a connection, they will help you check in to your next flight.

For our Elite VIP arrival service this processing is done inside a special private terminal & lounge.

Singapore Executive Departure

In the main terminals, for departure, the Executive and Premium service team will contact your driver. After greeting you they will assist you through check-in and immigration. Then they will take you to your airline lounge, and/or finally to the boarding gate.

Special Help with Connections

We give Business and Premium service help for transit or connection. Our Meet & Assist greeter will meet you near the air bridge where you enter the main terminal. They will guide and escort you through the transfer process. That will include all necessary arrival, departure and transfer procedures….whatever is needed for your connection. Finally they direct you to your airline lounge, or the flight departure gate.
